Age
The One Play is for adults 21 years or older, or 18+ only where that is the legal age for sports betting and this kind of research product. If you are under the legal age, do not use the site.
Research and entertainment, not advice
Cards, Rent Play, Sentinel calls, model numbers, parlays, paper units, and Foundry’s bet-builder AI are research and entertainment. They are not betting advice and not a recommendation that you wager. The builder does not place wagers, log into a sportsbook, or auto-bet. No guaranteed wins.
Rent Play
The featured daily pick and Parlay of the Day are research. Treat them as informational. You can lose the unit.
Not a sportsbook
The One Play does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or place bets. We are not a sportsbook and not auto-betting. If you bet, you do it at your own legal sportsbook.
Win rates and PASS
We do not publish a win rate until 100 resolved contracts. Sample cards show what the feed looks like. Wins, losses, and PASS entries are retained on your paper ledger. Foundry’s My record is that subscriber’s paper ledger only — not a site-wide win rate. We do not invent a record. Paper record ≠ public win rate.
Parlays
Parlay of the Day is a featured 2–3-leg combo on Card and Desk, only when each leg already cleared as a straight and the combo is still +EV. Foundry Parlay is a separate 4–6-leg combo on Foundry, built only from those same cleared straights — never invented, never padded, never the Card 2–3 object with a new label. 12+ is Show / Longshot. Never a lock. You place the bet.
Your law, your book
You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you live. The One Play does not verify your jurisdiction beyond the age checkbox you tick.
Payments, cancel, refund
Checkout is PayPal Subscriptions only. PayPal’s hosted portal is the sole checkout so multiple funding methods stay on PayPal. We do not use Stripe or any other processor. We do not collect card numbers on The One Play servers.
Subscribe with PayPal starts a monthly Card, Desk, or Foundry subscription. You confirm the recurring charge on checkout. Promo ONEPLAYTRIAL is a comp Foundry seat (no PayPal). Promo PLAY3DAY starts a 3-day PayPal trial on the plan you pick, then the regular monthly charge.
Entitlements are Card, Desk, or Foundry from verified PayPal subscription state and webhooks. Query parameters and client state cannot grant a higher plan.
If you subscribe: you receive a pre-renewal notice at least 7 days before each monthly charge. Cancel in PayPal or write the desk before that charge date and the next month does not bill.
If a live charge posts, request a refund or dispute with us within 24 hours of the charge. A refund may end access. PayPal or your bank may have their own timelines; our policy with the desk is 24 hours.
